This Privacy Policy explains how SAITO TRADING uses and protects data accessed through the eBay APIs for the operation and analysis of its own eBay seller account.
Data is used only to analyze and improve SAITO TRADING's own eBay listings, including inventory replenishment, listing performance, pricing review, and operational reporting.
The application may access seller listing information and selling analytics available through the eBay APIs, including listing identifiers, SKU, title, price, quantity, sales activity, impressions, views, click-through rate, conversion rate, and related performance metrics.
OAuth credentials and tokens are used only to authenticate authorized access to the eBay APIs. Refresh tokens are stored in protected credential storage on the operator's Windows environment. Access tokens are intended to be used only in memory and are not intentionally published or included in public logs.
Operational and analytics data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for business analysis, audit, troubleshooting, and legal or contractual compliance. Data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Data is not sold. Limited infrastructure providers may process technical data as necessary to provide hosting, DNS, TLS, or secure network connectivity. Such providers are used only as necessary to operate the application.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data, including restricted access, encrypted HTTPS connections, OAuth state validation, and measures intended to avoid exposing secrets in logs or public pages.
eBay authorization may be revoked through the applicable eBay account settings. Upon discontinuation of the integration, stored credentials will be removed and retained data will be reviewed for deletion subject to applicable legal, contractual, and audit requirements.

This policy may be updated when the application's operation or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this page.
